Shipping policy

Within Australia

- Free standard shipping on orders over $150.
- Orders under $150: $12 flat rate.
- Express shipping: $18 flat rate.

We ship from the Sunshine Coast in QLD. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves.

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
Express shipping: 1–3 business days.

Keep in mind this is only on stocked items. The launch and pre-order campains can be up to 4-5 weeks due to manafacturing time but your items will be shipped within 1-2 business days once they arrive.

International

Currently we do not supply international orders but we aim to have our products available world wide soon.

Pre-orders

Founders edition and other pre-order items ship on the date stated on the product page. You'll get an email when your order is on the way. If you've ordered a pre-order item alongside in-stock items, the whole order ships together when the pre-order is ready.

Something go wrong?

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up, email us at office@squidworxsupply.com within 14 days and we'll sort it. Missing parcels: we'll investigate with the courier first. If it's confirmed lost, we replace or refund — your choice.

Returns and exchanges

Size not right? We'll swap it. Email us at office@squidworkxsupply.com within 14 days of delivery. The hoodie needs to be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping for size exchanges is on us within Australia.

Change of mind? Same deal — 14 days, original condition, tags on. Return shipping for change of mind is at your cost.

Crash replacement for founders: this is handled separately. Refer to the founders policy page or email us directly.
